Accessibility Statement

At Fusion Loom Legacy, we are committed to making our online clothing store accessible to as many people as possible. We believe everyone should be able to browse, choose and purchase our hand‑designed apparel with ease, regardless of ability or technology. This Accessibility Statement explains the steps we take to support an accessible experience on our site.

What web accessibility is

Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate and interact with websites and online tools. This includes visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, text enlargement, color adjustments and other assistive technologies. An accessible site also benefits people using mobile devices, different browsers, or slower connections.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site

We work to make the Fusion Loom Legacy website easier to use for everyone. Among other steps, we aim to:
• Use clear structure with headings, paragraphs and lists so content is easier to follow.
• Provide text alternatives for images where they are needed to understand the content or actions.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background where possible.
• Support zooming in the browser so text and images remain usable at larger sizes.
• Make interactive elements such as buttons and links clearly identifiable and, where possible, reachable with a keyboard.

We review our site from time to time and update content, design and code to improve accessibility as our store grows.

Declaration of Partial Compliance With the Standard Due to Third-Party Content [only add if relevant]

Our goal is to meet the requirements of widely recognized web accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at the AA level where possible.

Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. For example, certain design features, older content or third‑party tools (such as payment, shipping or social media integrations) may not be fully accessible or may be outside of our direct control.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to look for ways to improve.

Accessibility Arrangements in the Organization [only add if relevant]

Fusion Loom Legacy operates as an online clothing store. We do not maintain a physical retail location that is open to the public at this time.

If you need help placing an order, finding product information or completing a purchase because of an accessibility issue, you can contact us and we will gladly assist you individually.
